1. Loyalty Rewards is a loyalty initiative set out to engage customers and improve customer relationships throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
  2. It will achieve this by the concept of “Talk for Free” with Loyalty rewards. Quite simply when you talk you get points to the equivalent value.
  3. A partner network will be setup to be able to redeem points earned. This partner network must reflect customers’ daily needs and wants in their spending patterns, such as food, dinning and shopping.
  4. The partners will be presented with a value proposition from bmobile. In this relationship the partners will benefit from increase traffic, up sell their customers, free advertising, Free WiFi networks installed at merchant locations and access to direct marketing tools.
  5. Bmobile will in turn target their customers more efficiently as the learn they customers behavioural patterns. Furthermore they will reward their best customers beyond the points system with special rewards such as concert tickets and special events.
